President
Dave is one of Bluemont Group’s founding members, Operating Partner, and President. He spent 11 years at Anderson News, Anderson Services & Prologix USA, then he spent 12 years at the Kansas City Periodical Distributing Company followed by 6 years at Procter & Gamble. His experiences inspired him to run his own business, and thus, he founded Bluemont Group, LLC. Dave opened his first Dunkin’ store in 2009 and has since grown the business to 80+ stores. He was named Dunkin’ Developer of the Year in 2018. As the company grew, he became well known for his charitable efforts and was even awarded Dunkin’s Philanthropist of the Year for 2021. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with family, watching college sports, the Kansas City Chiefs, and sipping Dunkin’ Coffee.
Casey Dout
Chief Operating Officer
Casey spent 23 years in restaurant leadership before becoming the Chief Operating Officer for Bluemont. He gained a wealth of knowledge as he ran store operations for 101 restaurants under Lonestar, Texas Land and Cattle Steakhouse Brands across 26 states. He then entered the coffee industry and led a 12-store market for Starbucks. Casey has been Bluemont’s Chief Operating Officer since March 2018. He is an instrumental part of Bluemont and has facilitated the growth of Bluemont with a Dunkin’ decaf coffee in hand.
MEGHAN WOLFINGER
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
As our Chief Development Officer, Meghan has been leading the way for Bluemont Group’s development strategy. She has leveraged her 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, managing deal making for new store growth at Toys R Us, Vitamin Shoppe, and Spirit Halloween, to take Bluemont’s development to the next level. With the talented team she put together and the systems she put in place, Bluemont is opening 10-20 new stores per year and remodeled a record breaking 16 locations in 2023. Meghan attended St. Bonaventure University in Olean, New York where she received a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications. She loves touring potential sites with a Mocha Latte.
JEFFREY RENSHAW
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jeffrey, MBA joined the Bluemont Group team in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He has spent most of his career in the restaurant industry. His background includes brands such as Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesday, and Darden Restaurants. While at Cracker Barrel, he served as Director of Finance for their subsidiaries Maple Street Biscuit Company and Holler & Dash Biscuit House. He was part of two major brand acquisitions and stepped in as acting CFO of Maple Street during COVID. He is originally from Pennsylvania and loves spending time with his family, hiking, running, and climbing. If you see Jeffrey in a Dunkin’ he will most likely be drinking an Iced Coffee with Cream.
RENZO BASSANINI
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
After moving to the United States from Guayaquil, Ecuador Renzo received his BA from Valencia College in Orlando, Florida. He spent 22 years at RaceTrac Petroleum and was responsible for the recruitment, training, and retention of 12,000 team members. Renzo has already left a lasting stamp on Bluemont Group as he introduced Bluemont Group’s and BMG Bakery’s Values. He has led the way on developing a stronger company, keeping people in mind from recruitment campaigns, benefit programs, to team member appreciation. Renzo is a massive soccer fan and to this day tries to stay involved with the sport. You can find Renzo on the sidelines of a soccer field enjoying Dunkin’ espresso shots to keep his cheering up.
MARY VAUGHN
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Before starting her 13+ years in the QSR industry, Mary was a school teacher for 16 years and a business owner. As a proud East Tennessee native, she attended Tennessee Tech University. While at Bluemont Group, Mary developed the New Store Opening team which opened 18 stores in three years. She also led the company in the transition to RSVP. Prior to Bluemont Group, Mary worked for another Dunkin’ franchise network that were the recipients of Dunkin’s Operator of the Year award in 2015. Mary loves spending time with her family and puppy with a Dunkin’ Black Coffee in hand.
KANDA MARTIN
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
From winning District Manager of the Year four years in a row, to starting her career with Bluemont Group as an Assistant General Manager, Kanda has been through many milestones with Bluemont Group. She is from Athens, Tennessee and has been working in the QSR industry for 18+ years. She worked for Sonic Drive In before finding her way into a Bluemont Group Dunkin’. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her favorite Dunkin’ beverage is Iced Coffee with Cream and French Vanilla Swirl.
MARGO HUGHES
DIRECTOR OF OPERATING SERVICES
Margo has been working in the QSR industry for more than 15 years. She began her career with Wunderman, the field marketing agency for Burger King before transitioning to the Dunkin’ family. While Margo has many Bluemont Group accomplishments, she is most proud of creating the Purple Pinkie Fundraiser which has raised more than $3 million for Polio eradication and leading a cross-departmental team as the company closed on two acquisitions within a week of each other. Margo’s favorite Dunkin’ beverage is a Cold Brew with Mocha, Cream, and Salted Caramel Cold Foam which she likes to enjoy while working on her repertoire of dad jokes and puns.
ERNEST MCSTRAW
DIRECTOR OF NEW STORE OPENING
Ernest has been part of the Bluemont family since 2016. He started as General Manager, working his way up to District Manager, and now the Director of New Store Opening. As the Director of New Store Opening, Ernest prides himself on ensuring all new stores are well trained on the standards set by Bluemont Group and Inspire Brands. He has spent 30 years in the QSR industry with 20 years at Burger King as well as time at Panera Bread and Hardees. Ernest is from Southwestern New York and attended Olean Business School and Phoenix University. He loves spending time with his family especially on the boat fishing and swimming with a Dunkin’ Black Coffee in hand.
KAREN BURNETT
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
Karen was Bluemont Group’s first administrative office team member and has been in every position imaginable since then. She is now our Director of Facilities who oversees maintenance from the stores to the central office. Karen is from Knoxville, TN and has been in many administrative management roles throughout her career. The most notable ones were owning and operating several family businesses, a small bakery, and a gift shop specializing in custom gift baskets. She loves riding motorcycles, camping, fishing, and cooking with her husband. You’ll find Karen enjoying her favorite Dunkin’ beverage, an Iced Coffee with French Vanilla.

Jonathan has a Bachelors in Industrial Science & Technology. Prior to working for Bluemont he worked in the Industrial Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance field. He is a master Industrial Electrician and held Advisory positions on many industry boards. He is a Certified American Welding Society D1.1, Industrial Journeyman. Jonathan holds many certifications that enhance his expertise in the construction field: Electrician Certification, State of Tennessee Cross Connection Certification, EPA 608 HVAC/R Universal, NCCER Certified Craft Instructor & Proctor in HVAC/R, Basic thru Advanced Rigging, Industrial Maintenance E&I level 1-4, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic level 1-4 to name a few.
When he is not dedicating his time to Bluemont, Jonathan enjoys spending time with wife and grandson. His Dunkin’ drink of choice is a cup of hot black coffee.

Beyond her professional life, Alicia enjoys hiking and backpacking with friends and family. If you happen to spot her at Dunkin, she’ll likely be savoring a cappuccino alongside a chocolate frosted donut.

Lisa loves traveling and spending time with her family. Her go-to beverage is Caramel Iced Coffee and her favorite sweet treat is the Chocolate Frosted Vanilla Cream Donut, which is affectionately known as “Manager’s Special” to longtime Team Members.
